With the approach of fall, come new releases in fashion. Specifically, a sneaker drop we’ve been anticipating all year — the Creative Recreation Fall/Winter collection and its campaign starring Nick Jonas.
The 23-year-old entertainer is the company’s brand ambassador and his selection of street-chic footwear is everything we could’ve hoped for and more.
According to reps at Creative Recreation, the Fall ’16 collection is “a play on the co-existence of heat and serenity. The balance of sweltering and smooth. Last year might have been complicated for Nick, but his footwear is anything but.”
Jonas is pictured wearing a selection of the brand’s sleek designs throughout the campaign. In a statement, he explained why the new Creative Recs are the best fit for him.
“I’ve been wearing some of the new collection during my tour,” he said. “The shoes are versatile for both on and off stage. I wanted to bring some of the heat from my tour to the campaign for fall with Creative Recreation.”
From bold new colorways to fresh, futuristic designs, we can’t decide which style is our favorite.
Maybe it’s the high-top Adonis sneaker with its wide selection of colors, including teal, black, red, white, and blue. Each is a little something different for those after an alternative to the white and black patent leather ones already released before summer. It’s also worth noting that they’ve dropped three new fall hues in the Adonis Mid silhouette.
Elsewhere in the sneaker collection, you can keep it classic and casual with the signature Vito Lo sneakers complete with a clean blucher style toe vamp. Choose between suede and textured leather uppers.
Or, for those more deeply involved in street style couture, you may be more likely to prefer the Scopo sneaker (now crafted in suede) with its exaggerated front strap and hidden gillie lacing system. The result is a luxe feel on an athletic silhouette.
